In the story I read. It's post chosen. Spike is in love with Faith. It seems Faith went through Buffy's life on the TV show. Giles and Faith send Spike to find a new slayer who is being attacked by Bringers. The 'new' slayer is Buffy. who was in love with Spike but was cursed by a vampire on her 18th birthday. She can't meet Spike because of the curse. At one part Spike is able to open her chest which no of the other characters could manage.

You have to be a member of Elysian Fields and 'logged in' to access NC-17 rated fics. They do that as a meaning to deter under-aged readers.
