I find the thought sad that Spike assumes that Buffy will find a new love (soon?). *nods* Spike is right I think: The demon wanted the should back. So it was easier for him. ~ Questions and answers...I hope Spike does really believe that Angel is in Buffy's past and stops being so insecure about it.
So the last day will start soon. I don't know if I'm looking forward to it because I think it will end bad but I want to read it. So I'm looking forward to it (hoping the best, fearing the worst). Good chapter

Finally! I am so glad Spike got to tell Buffy what he really felt. He deserved it & this is what was missing with Season 7 & Angel 5th season. He never got to have his say & as such is still stuck mentally with Buffy back from Season 6 & 7. If they ever decide to do a Spike series they wiill need a chapter like this for closure. Spike is one of the best characters in TV ever!

Awe, the morning started so playful. They are really happy. Except that they now that the time that runs out is like the sword of Damocles over their heads now.
Then it got hot :) And then playful again. Loved the snippets from Buffy's Diary. LOL Spike liked them even more *gg*.
Awe, loved Spike's speech about the Summers women. And the little scenes you paint, like with the poetry book.
And the thought that is only one day left makes me sad because I fear it won't end well (in the sense of happy) yet I hope it will have a happy ending.

I adore this story. I've caught my eyes tearing up a lot during this. It's so perfect and yet so devastating - Can't wait to read the rest...and find out what you are planning to do - if Spike comes back in LA and remembers the week, or he dies...end of story...lots and lots of tears. lol.

This was almost fun, Spike setting the DoubleMeat Palace on fire :)
And romantic too.. candlelight dinner? Then hopefully Spike is OK again with Buffy. Picnic.. and what a feast :)
Taking the clothes? Fun :) They are truly alone there, Spike is right.
The pool? Fun too :) And Buffy knows again what she has missed.
They should cherish the time the have together as long as it will last. The week is almost over.
