Oh crying again!! gotta say this is the only fic that has ever made me cry and I've read it three times now! hows the muse any new chapters brewing? lots of chocolates for a new chapter...

So Dawn planted hope in Spike's heart that Buffy loves him.. too bad that it isn't enough.
Buffy had it really bad... but I'm glad that she wasn't able to kill herself. Writing everything down seemed to make things better. But sadly it wasn't.
I feel for her, when she had to endure all the pain when she burned herself.
Oh. That's the reason why Buffy was happy? She'd come to the decision what do to. I would have taken psychiatric abilities to know.
Oh neat. Not only Buffy really being blond now, I like that her body tells her now what to do, forces her to do it.
And that is the biggest secret: Buffy discovered a way to kill herself after all. It took Dawn a lot to stop her then.
*nods* Now I understand why Dawn came looking for Spike and not Buffy. She is under watch.
So now it's up to Spike to stop Buffy from killing herself. I wonder how much he needs till he is convince that Buffy loves him. *checks the chapter number* We're pretty far already... 35/39 ... four more days. Looking forward to the next part :)

Author's Response: Loosing Spike at the Hellmouth, and then again in LA, messed Buffy up badly. But learning that she had become immortal messed her up even more. The idea that she couldn't die, that she could never be with Spike, was more than she could deal with. Trying to kill herself didn't work. Trying to join him in the spirit world was her answer. Now, because of her emotional state, she is in danger of slipping away. Dawn has revealed the secret trying to make Spike understand that Buffys life is really in his hands now. If he doesn't love her, she will die. Now he knows, what will he do? :)

So that was the terrible secret? Buffy has become immortal and doesn't want to live. I see good things ahead for my favourite couple. But I suppose you're going to torture them some more, before they can be happy together. Or are you done now? Looking forward to the next chapter!

Author's Response: {Sighs sadly} Yeah, there's a little more of the angsty painy stuff to come. But it is important to the story, so I hope it isn't to much for you. :)

Silly vamp (Spike)... he is too near the sun. Playing a bit whilst smoking? Or did the sunlight come nearer... but know Buffy comes to him. Correction, Dawn. Therefore she needed a stake, Buffy had one before.
I've heart of people before that cut themselves to feel better; Spike did the same with the sun.
Ah time to spill secrets; Dawn told Spike about Buffy (but she didn't mention the others yet). That clears it a bit: Dawn is not affected as the man. Only some women. But only Buffy is immortal than, not the others? But this was a surprise, Buffy trying to kill herself in the last seven years.
I wonder what Buffy will do now to get Spike back. At last Spike knows the truth now. I wonder if that will change things. And Dawn should understand that she'll always be like a daughter or little sister to him. Spike is her protector. Hopefully her intervention did help to get Buffy and Spike back together.

Author's Response: Many people hurt themselves to try to move the pain out of their heart and make the pain physical. It doesn't really work very well. There is another chapter coming that reveals a lot more about Buffy. Yes!!! Spike and Dawn are Family!!! They love each other as Family. Dawn is the Key to making Spike understand Buffy!!! I just read your entire story in two days and I loved it. The only problem of course is that it is not finished!!! Now I have to wait like everyone else for the updates. Hopefully I can be patient!

The already written chapter do slowly come to an end. I'll miss the daily updates then. I know you've already a new chapter written. Virtual chocolate for your muse for more? I don't have new icon-chocolate at the moment, only found some hot chocolate with a "happy holidays". Or you can snag a "Spike Santa Baby" ;-) Enough ramble, on to the story:
Oh.. so it was a misunderstanding. Buffy thought the soul stopped Spike from killing but it was his demon. Maybe what Buffy did see was his love for her, shining in his eyes.
Yeah, heavy of angst and sad that Spike still doesn't believe her. I wonder if Buffy will fight on now or if she'll will give up.
Still looking forward to another part (angst or no angst).


Author's Response: Buffy is hurt, but she isn't ready to give up yet. She knows now that Spike loves her, she just has to find a way to make him believe that she loves him too. :)

Oh no...He thinks tht cuz Buffy dnt trst him tht she still thinks of him as n evil guy...oh no...explain 2 him sum1!!!!oh hw bout Xander..hes all wise n manly nw.lol
