OK, so I came back for a re-read, desperately hoping that the email notification thingy had broken and I'd find this magnificent story had been updated.
Picture me disappointed. Not in the story which is as great as I remembered, but in the fact that it's still hanging... after nearly 3 years! Please please please don't tell me you've abandoned it?

I'm still loving this open and affectionate Buffy. How can Spike resist her? I'm enjoying all the hand holding and petting. They're very sweet and tentative with one another.

The magic fueling Willow's nightmares seems malevolent somehow. It's like whatever sent Spike back wants to make sure Willow has her magical melt down.

Thanks for posting more of this entertaining story. I had to re-read several chapters to get back to speed, and it was a lot of fun to revisit this universe.

Hey! Just found Chirality today, and love it! Not sure when it was last updated (couldn't find dates) or if it will ever be updated. But great plot, great Buffy/Spike characterization. Gonna go search and see if you have any other fic out there, your writing is awesome.

I'm so glad you updated this story! This is a really unique idea, and I'm pleased that you haven't given up on it. Intense chapter here, what with Willow starting to spaz out and all. The Spike and Xander scene was awesome, and your Anya was very well done. I really liked the way you wrote the Trio as well, so your hard efforts paid off. The tension between Spike and Buffy is killing me! Loving this fic, and looking forward to more! Congrats on your thesis, by the way! Quite an accomplishment.

So wonderful to see another update. Now then. Willow's obviously going bad (no surprise there then) and I'm assuming that Spike was rewarded for taking Buffy's place, but he was given some sort of magical memory of the events he thwarted, which is what Willow nicked... perhaps... still a bit puzzled, which no doubt is what you intended. Has anyone told Giles yet? I'll be interested to see whether he is welcoming or condemning...

Great to see a new chapter. I think you did well with the Trio. They are difficult to write well.

I'm hooked on the story. Can't wait to see where you take us. Good luck with your thesis.

Thanks for updating this entertaining, engrossing story. Spike's reaction to waking up with an armful of Buffy was delightful, he's becoming more and more open to the idea of a real relationship with her and it's lovely to read.

There were several worrying developments in this chapter: Willow's abuse of the magic she's gleaned from Spike does not bode well for the witch, and the ominous black van has begun its stalkery ways. I'm looking forwrd to your interpretation of the evil trio in this story.

On a brighter note, Spike's still living in the Summers' house, and Buffy's not adverse to having Spike sleep in her room on occasion. Thanks for another tight chapter.
