Nice touch having Spike's hand wrapped around Buffy's when she held the crystal, it really leaves the door open to the possible Spike is pregnant theory, although he could be turning human... I'm too undecided to take a guess. :D Can't wait for the upcoming doctor's appointment. Great chapter!

I've been thinking for a while that either spike's the one who's pregnant, or he has all her symptoms. I'm surprised none of them have thought about it.....especially the women that have been pregnant before!
