Author's Response: Yeah, it's a tough time. And the next few chapters will definitely have some angst and we'll see Buffy deal with the responsibilities she's left with, like taking care of Dawn. I'm very glad Spike's there too.

wow. just. wow. i mean, i cried when i was watching this episode in the series, but your version...just...wow...you cant even imagine how much i cried..how much i am crying. this is just...wow....you did an amazing job! hands down the best that i've read involving this particular episode. i love how spike is there with will while he sleeps...i don't know why, but it just gives me that "aww, he's like a husband waiting for his wife to get home after his terrible accident and their sone is asleep upstairs" feeling. i just loved this...really great....can't wait for more!

Sad enough they had to part already (for the moment) after finding one another again.
