Poor Spike. Body heals and his mind still needs to heal some. His awe about Buffy coming for him always touches my heart. He has been treated so badly by everyone in his live so he just expects no one to care. The dream helped him get a bit back. Love the story. No quick fixes.

i'm actually happy that he finallt remembers why they tied him up. i was kinda getting sick of his whole they hurt my feelings thing. i do feel for him, but if it was angel and he hit buffy, he probably would have beat the crap out of him. still deeply in love with spike though. update soon

p.s. is buffy on the pill or are they using protection, b/c hhe is human now?!

Spike feels too well after waking IMO, even if he is superhuman. After all, he has been starving and not moving for about 2 weeks. He CANNOT want sex. He should be lying, stretching and massaging his muscles; moving slowly, etc. He should spend the day in front of TV, not to go out dining as if he'd had just a slight cold for two days...
Also, after he heaves, they sit on, joke and laugh. He's puke is smelling on the floor... Weird. Or well, maybe I didn't understand correctly what was going on... Did he actually retch or just wanted to? Or maybe he rat to the bathroom and you forgot to mention it? It was a strange passage. I'm probably being stupid.
But I LOVED the comment about toilets and only girls going in two's. :) The bathroom scene in the diner is the jewel of the ch I think. :)
Finally S wanting to move out for a while is natural AND it provides us with additional angst. lol Always a plus. :)

Author's Response: Hi Serinah! I said he retched and heaved not that he vomitted!! Basically he had nothing inside to bring up! Hence no stinky mess on the floor!! Tee hee!! glad you liked the bathroom scene!! lol! this Fic will be completed by mid week and then I'll get to back to work on PL - won't post until got at least 20 chapters written as RL is pretty full on and I hate slow updates!! May plan for three times per week instead of daily to ease the work load a bit and get it out there sooner! Got ten chapters of it written already!

Another good chapter. However, I wish that Spike would learn how to communicate with Buffy. I know that he has his pride but sometimes being so prideful doesn't really help. Also running away does not help. I hope that his living with Brad will help Spike understand a few things. Congratulations on your awards.

I haven't reviewed for a while now, but i have a very good excuse, I haven't read this story for a while either. My computer was completely dead, for three weeks. It was a torture.

But now I'm back and I see you've got much further than I expected. Thank you for that.

As for the story I got no English words in my excited brain right now to tell how much I love this work. But as for the characters, Bred in this chapter was so great, and his attitude towards Angels and Buffy's way of tying Spike down very realistic and completely in the character. This completely covers the part where they didn't call the police.

I don't really know what more there is for me to tell, maybe just remind you to hurry with the next chapter. About weather to recommend this story "liked" cant even begin to cover it.
