I get Buffy is afraid, but keeping a secret like this can only lead to badness, especially since Angel accused Ben of murder. Can't wait to learn more about Haley. Good update.

Well my curiosity won over and I continued reading this. I'm upset that Buffy won't tell them anything, but that's understandable also. If people always did what was best for them, life wouldn't have so many twists and turns, and it certainly wouldn't make for an interesting story. I do hope that Spike and Angel will come together to give Ben what he deserves (hopefully something extremely painful). Guess I've always liked the revenge side of things. Good luck with the rest of this story. I'll continue to read and review.

I'm so glad that Buffy didn't push Spike away, and that she let him comfort her. She does need to talk to someone. She remembers but is too afraid of Ben to speak up. Good for Angel..beating the crap outta him, he deserves more, hopefully soon. And who's Haley? Hmmm...

I tried to respond to your response and it wouldn't let me. lol So I'm posting a new review. It's not that you've lost me as a reader, because I do think the story is lovely, but I think I need a break from angst in general right now. I don't know if you've read any of my fics, but I'm almost finished writing one called How to Save a Life, and I wrote several chapters of extreme angst recently. So I'm in the mood for fluffy things at the moment. I will probably come back and read the ending later though. I would like to see where the two of them end up. Author's Response: Yeah, you can't really respond to the responses. Anyway, it's perfectly understandable. Believe me, I've stopped reading fictions that were too angsty, I'm more for fluff, so I can't say I've read any of yours. It's odd, usually people come to me for fluffy stories since I write that the most, I tend to suck when it comes to angst. I guess I just felt like taking this story in a darker direction. Thanks for reading up to this point, and I hope to see you again=)

What a tragic situation, it just breaks my heart that Buffy had to suffer this way. :( Sad, but still a good update.
