Love how Spike pushed Buffy's buttons to make Anyanka appear. Willow and Xander sound like a pain for the moment, they seem more drawn to Buffy as slayer groupies and not her friends. Can't wait to read what happens next.

So Buffy thought it was funny, all the other fighters? I wonder if her reaction will change when she thinks a bit about it.
But then there is still the problem how to get the fighters to good old Sunnydale. Hopefully Spike knows how.

Author's Response: She didn't find it funny as such. It was just all a bit too much for her, she felt like she didn't belong to that group in any way, and that's what caused the reaction :) And they will get to Sunnyhell, when the time comes :)

they’re atleast starting to let their mutual respect show. i’m enjoying thinking-buffy as well. and i can’t imagine giles not informing buffy about other various warriors in the world. even with his love of buffy and his duty to the council, i would think he’d eventually see the world-saving as more important. it seems kinda strange to not have willow and xander be a big part of the story/plans, etc. but it’s also really nice to see buffy really take charge. and here’s to hoping spike truly acknowledges that he doesn’t want buffy dead. looking forward to more!
