I've been following this fiction for so long now but this is the first time im going to make a review. Sorry for that.

I like this story very much! It has everything - funny, spuffy and lots of action that's why im glued to it. Im glad that in this chapter the scoobies finally accepted Buffy's decision. Glad that Buffy put Xander in his proper place.

Looking forward to more!

Really liked the Buffy Xander conversation, but Spike liking kids does not fit with the coal bin story

I'm sure somewhere there will be demonic trees anywhere. And chances are high that they'll grow at the Hellmouth :-p
And yay for Willow to punch Xander; he deserved it, he's acting annoyed again.
Oh Buffy gave Xander 'the talk'. Good speech; and it seems as if Xander did listen. If he wants to keep Buffy as a friend he has to. *gg* (about the paved path with lights*
So they'll get the jet... soon off to England; looking forward to it.

So even Xander is on board for the research and that even if he still has troubles with Spike being with Buffy. ~ So they want to do it the legal way. I wonder how 'The Council' will react when they confront them. (And a plan C never hurts. *g*) Anya was thinking about the simplest solutions (Xander). Maybe hearting Anya talk about meeting another (rich and single) guy will make him think in the long run. Maybe...

Oooh! So exciting! This story has me as hooked as the show at the moment... I can't wait to find out about the recluse and what happens with the council. Way to go Xander for getting over himself at least a little so he could help!

So sad what happened to those other girls, but it is a good thing to know that Giles isn't trying to off her and that for now, at least, the actions of the council are foremost in Giles mind rather that all the Spuffy goings on. Do hope they get to the bottom of this one. And I do love the idea that the longevity in slayers is linked, even if just through Buffy, to having a demon fighting by their side. Not to mention pointing out the whole "as equals" thing. So loving it. Please, update soon.

Oh! Then Giles didn't know about the Council's policy to kill Slayers. Ah Giles used it: Cruciamentum ritual; I was looking for this. A Council who does that is able to do more. ~ Loved the Giles & Spike bonding. :) The teasing was fun, about research too.
Looking forward to find out what Buffy thinks to be the solution to their problem.

Love this story so very much. I have not reviewed each chapter (sorry) but not missed a one. Love the plot and the character voices are dead on.

I have always thought that it was to either get rid of a sexually mature Slayer who might be attracted to a vampire (cause I agree it seems a natural thing) or at the least frighten her so badly that she would shy away from a vampire as a potential partner. Of course in Buffy's case she had ALREADY involved herself with a vampire and would not have been scared off by it.
