well, i can't quite believe that nobody mentioned in the reviews that this story has obviously been translated from another language and it suffers terribly in that translation. i really wanted to try to read it but i had to give up after 6 pages. the language is just too stilted, but more than that - it is almost impossible to read. perhaps you should ask somebody who speaks english as a first language to take a try at it. i would volunteer myself. sorry.

It's time for Joyce to find out things, and I'm glad Buffy knows about Giles and Willow reinstating Spike's soul. Great dialogue between Angelus and Spike about having a soul, and I love the fact so many villains were working together (Dru, Darla, Lindsey, Mayor Wilkins, etc). Can't wait to read the last chapter and then the next fic!

So Spike has a soul now- I like that little twist. I still love the fact Lindsey is in this story- I always liked his character. I'm happy Giles and Willow worked together to help Spike- that's a pivotal element of the storyline. Awesome update!:)

I think it's really cool that Spike is willing to show his emotions and be upfront with Buffy. I just want things to work out with them, and getting things squared away with Angelus would be nice, too:)

We wanted a very clear minded Spike, not afraid of Buffy, on the contrary, upbeat about it. Just a small remind to everybody: this is not a typical spuffy story, nor is a Bangel one (at all). It has more of a spangel (not in a slashy way) feel to it...;), and it won't have the typical happy ending...also because the three sequels are alredy on the way to be translated;) So, be patient with us. We'll take you on a winding road.

Wow, Angelus' crazy change in behavior couldn't have been fun to experience the morning after telling him she loved him. I wonder if Spike knows about all of that. He was really sweet in the beginning of the chapter, by the way. I just wish Buffy would pick the better of the 2 vampires:)

So many twists! Faith's involved, and she's working with Darla- that was unexpected. And it's cool that the mayor's woven into the storyline, too. I feel bad for Buffy because she has to deal with so much when she shouldn't have to be worried about these 4 major vampires in town. It'd be cool if Faith decided to switch sides and play for the good guys:)

Actually, I kind of like having Angelus in the story- he adds a certain flair to it, and I think that Spike being around might cause a problem or two, which would be interesting to see:)

I swear I'm going to read the rest tomorrow- I'm hooked! I love the perspectives you two are taking with this story, and I think it's fabulously written!:) It's sad that Xander saw her with Spike and is now with Cordy, but oh well. And I hope things improve between her and Spike

I know this is not your run of the mill spuffy story, and in a way I could say it's more of a Spangel story than other, but I'm really glad you like the language (since this is a translated story from Italian we are all the more proud for it!) and the "fresh" perspective.
