Summary: Pissed that Drusilla dragged him back to the Hellmouth, Spike has to find SOME way to amuse himself. Pretending to have a soul, he decides to sweep the Slayer off her feet before going in for the kill. Trouble is, feelings (and grandsires) always get in the way.

Loving this story to death. Can't wait for more. The whole Spike/soul/no soul thing is really intriguing and I'm eagerly awaiting to see what he chooses to do and what Buffy will do when/if she finds out.

Just found this story but I already want more! I really like this alternate reality (wish they had done something more like this on the show but they can't cater to our every Spuffy whim). I'm wondering if she'll stay in the alternate reality-human Spike, good life, although she'll still remember this life and everyone in the real world would be left without Buffy. Maybe the real world will work out better than she thinks. Can't wait for more:)
