Excellent original plot. I think you got both Buffy's and Spike's insecurities down perfect. Loved the idea of Angel wanting to have his car steam cleaned after Spike's been driving it naked... just wish I'd been there when Spike was walking around LA naked... {sigh}.
Yes, the ending was a bit abrupt... but hey... happy Spuffy ending with Dawn being the heroine for once because of Spike's promise, so I'm not complaining.

Very nice. A lovely big dollop of angst with a happy ending, just my sort of story. Liked the way you brought Angel and Lorne into it and sorted out Joyce's illness as well as Dawn's vulnerability. So... now the key is an emerald how do they deal with Glory?

I'm not usually a fan of season 7 fics, but this one is excellent. I love the way you brought Spike back and Buffy had already accepted her feelings for him. Oh I love this. I agree that the premise of Buffy ripping the amulet from Spike is unlikely, but I love what you've done with it, particularly the conclusion that Buffy should be able to love him whether he has the soul or not, and that it has to be his decision whether he gets it back again. I like the jealous and resentful Angel too, so true to character.

Absolutely brilliant premise. I wondered at the time why they'd pick a bratty kid sister when a baby would have made so much more sense... except perhaps for the filming schedule... and of course SMG wouldn't have wanted to wear all that padding... and fight scenes would have been tricky... I've only just found this story through the 'random story' thingy and just had to say how much I'm enjoying it. I love Willow with Angel and the double pregnancy. Just a tad worried that as Angel is the owner of the mansion, when the girls move in they'll be vulnerable to vampires coming in as they won't need an invitation.

I can't think how I've missed this story up to now. Loved it! I felt sorry for Joyce but respected her decision, and as for Dru and Angel's pact - the perfect way to tidy them away - except of course that Angel is bound to find his way back, although hopefully not to Sunnydale!

I just love time travel fics and this one is a gem.
