Okay, I have a lot to to say. First, thank you for the dedication. It came totally unexpected...really apreciated it. No, loved the whole adopting Dawn thing, like how the brothers competing for Buffy although William is going to finish last. Loved, loved, loved both songs and how you made them fit with what was going on. Spike touching Buffy through her nightie was a nice R-rating touch. This was good, but sad in a way. I got the impression Spike knew he wasn't going to see her for a while having known what his fate was going to be. Asking her is she was his girl to me seemed like some type of permission because he knew what he was going to do to her when he became a vampire. She certainly was ready to give him the ass. Loving it so far...there is nothing like a good meaty fic...who cares whether its taking too long to unfold...it has it all, love, passion, tears, angst, etc...good novels are just as long...I do believe you made it very clear in the summary this was going to be a VERY LONG STORY...I'm in it for the long hall.
