Post-Series: Spike (human?) has a son via random woman, Buffy has a daughter (with Spike).

I've been scouring the «found fics» page and I'm not sure if I can't find it or I just missed it after 80 pages, LOL. I tried looking for a search function but I javen't used this sit in years and it said 404. This story is post series, Spike has a son, I can't remember his name, via a surrogate or something. His son LOVES Spiderman. He meets Buffy again and she has a daughter who turns out to be Spike's daughter also. They start hanging out together, I think Spikes son gets hurt somehow, and Spike maybe freaks out? It wasn't super long or angsty, just a small reunion fic.
