The fic I am looking for, has Spike coming back from the amulet in Angels office. He's no longer a ghost, and Angel is pissed at him being there. I believe they get into a brief fight in Angels' office and Angel tells him he is through with him before knocking him unconcious. Angel then takes him to some demon bar, and sells Spike for a dollar. Spike is then tortured,raped, etc. He's finally rescued by Lorne and Gunn who try to nurse him back to help. Buffy enters the picture and finds out what Angel tried to do, and calls for vengence on him for Spike, but it doesn't go the way she planned. Instead Spike and Angel have to face judgement, because with Angel being the head of the family he had every right to sell Spike.
