Help! Spuffy AU Fic

Its a really old fic i think! I remember reading it on spuffyfantasy.com and it was about spike being a soldier or something, he is living in a tent, it includes anya and xander as i remember anya tells buffy to use some weird contraception! I think that buffy was a dancer for the emporer/king/chief or something and that spike was given her/rescued her! Im quite sure its set in a desert as im sure a camel came into it at somepoint!

Sorry my description is really vague and im not sure if im muddled with 2 stories i hope someone can help!

Could it be Blazing Sun, Burning Hearts by William's Girl ? If it is, it is no longer available on line. The author took it down to re-write it as an original

The newest one from the second link to Spuffyfantasy works perfectly for me and goes from Prologue to Epilogue. Try this one.

PS: You can always check http://williamsgirl.com/ but you need to go back in time to 2004 or 2005.
Though I just tested the first link, it works for me from the start till the epilogue but it's painful sloooooooooow loading, it's complete with this link (9 pages).

*edit* The link to Spuffyfantasy was way quicker than the other one, that was painful slow.
