Spuffy story with Angelus being punished.

I've been trying to remember this story for a few days and searching the forum for the past few hours. It's driving me nuts!

All I an remember is a scene where Angel/Angelus is being tortured/punished by higher beings. I know whoever is punishing him is an OC. It happens in a desert like setting. He is hanging on a tree and some not very nice things are done to his man parts. I think it is a claim fic maybe a baby fic. I know the story was good I just can't remember any more of it.
