buffy/spike fic before sunnydale

buffy i think 15years old still in LA parents sent her to mental hosptial instution meets spike on the roof offers to take her away the next night on the run

the next evening the nurse has bloaked the stairs to the roof buffy just abouts break door to escape/meet spike to runaway

spike takes buffy to hotel undresses her buffy awake annoyed scarred as virgin
buffy become ill due to the drug the drs where giving her spike looks after her

cant remeber much after that part from the end buffy makes up with joyce they plan moving to sunnydale where spike has a job

anyone have any ideas on this story?
