I just got on LJ and saw that Crave is an ongoing fic but seems to have stalled. Does anyone know if NBitz is still writing?

I can't speak to if she is still actively writing, but I followed Crave when it was originally posted and I know I haven't received any notifications of an update for some time. However, don't let this deter you. This is an amazing read and leaves off in a very good place. (Issues mainly resolved) This is my all time favorite story!

Why don't you contact her through LJ and ask her? No one here is going to have the answer to that question but her.

That's generally true but sometimes other authors and posters have more personal information on a stalled writer and can let us know what's going on with a story or an author so it's still a fair question. Sometimes you can ask an author on LJ and never receive an answer back as well.

But anyway I think she's working on her original stories...but still wouldn't hurt to ask..

I sent her an email from her website and haven't heard anything as yet. I'm not a twitter tweeter(!!) so I'll just wait to see if my email gets a response. I often contact authors about unfinished fics and then pass on the information I get from them if I see other people ask the same questions which is why I posted here, just in case anyone had already asked and heard back.

I luuuurved Crave too Behind Blue Eyes, and it does pretty much finish neatly as is, definitely one of my top stories now. I see Crash and Burn is still only half complete as well so no particular signs that she is still writing.
