And somehow, I found not-Spike's Buffy coming for him very touching. (And who knows, maybe grabby-Spike could be fetched too ... if he's used to popping here and there amongst dimensions.)

You know??? I'm really glad that Buffy has figured out what's going on because I haven't got a clue!!! But that doesn't really matter because I'm really enjoying this story!!! :) Having all these different Spikes pop up and not knowing if they are going to try to kiss her or kill her must be really confusing and stressful. Leave it to Angel to lie to Spike about Buffy wanting him to help with the training. Damn, after all the lies that Angel has told both Spike and Buffy you'd think that they would learn not to trust anything he ever tells them. Of course this sounds like it's been the first time that they have actually talked to each other without yelling and storming off in a huff. Looking forward to the next chapter, this story is fun!!!

Author's Response: Well, Buffy will explain things next chapter, which I'm working on now. I realize I'm falling back on that fanfic saw of making Angel the bad guy, but I also intentionally made it just a little thing... the kind of little fib you might make up on the spot. Just another of those possible little differences....

Wondering if not-Spike will give Spike some words of wisdome now....I'm sure he heard all that, and they've obviously been talking, besides all the snarking.

Wow, an amazing story idea! I must confess I got a little confused in this last chapter with all the Spikes running around, but there's four of the now, right? The real Spike, not-Spike, naked-gay-Spike and smoker-Spike? Just checking. :)
