Author's Response: Well, you've got to start at the bottom to climb to the top, and I think I've pushed Spike as far down as he can go. No, not much of B/I. He's just kind of a place holder anyways.

So there are more then two spells? Because if you count (lifting one of the small forgetting spells they'd cast over the injured vamp) and at the end telling I couldn't do it. and The spell stays.
Spike is still under the spells.
I fear Leto is right, Spike won't be pleased to get to know he was under a spell.

Author's Response: There was a small one that kept him for realizing he was practically paralyzed. It was the big, Buffy-forgetting spell that she couldn't lift.

Interesting! Like the idea of Haven and I think it's a great place for Spike to recuperate. Suppose he'll have lots of questions when he can stay awake long enough to ask them.

I've read most of your other stories, but I was really unsure about this after the prologue. You reeled me in with this chapter! Love the annoying Buffy in Spike's head! It was mostly the mutually shared dream that did it though. Excited for the next chapter now that Spike's awake!
