Author's Response: I'm still here, however, I am not posting as actively here as I used to do. I have posted a couple of things that I just haven't gotten around to posting here at EF, if you'd like to check those out. All of my stories will be completed but certain events in my life have caused me to re-prioritize. I expect to have She Never Told finished by January 2011 at the latest. Thank you for your interest.

Why I loved this chapter: 1.The definitions, it was a powerful open. 2. Tape and Cape. 3. The reality of Joyce's reaction (as if I expected any less of you). 4. "...and the one question the single-handedly destroyed her relationship with her daughter." it goes with 3 but I loved that line. 5. The fact that it always makes me cry no matter what your talking about. Can't wait for the next one hugs x 87898767892867389876789

I am stunned Jake. The fear, and even the adrenalin to get him to stop was powerful enough to make me fear for her. Here this guy is feeding her lines that will deeply affect her in every way. I know. When you get more in depth with later rather than going back memory wise it will show. God I feel so deeply for her and can so relate. It's not easy. It never is. What really pisses me off is those who say leave it in the past. It's not about leaving it's in the past. This happened. It affected every fiber of your very being. To move past it you have to go to the past to work through it. Ugh it aggravates me when people have said then you are living in the past...

I really love how you are doing this. By bringing it to the present and the past...It feels so real at times and so very close to all those feelings I have ever had with my own experiences.

Now onto the story bit...The end I got confused it almost sounded like William raped her then I let out a deep breath when I read William implied that it wasn't his...Oh relief but I hope to whatever deity out there the baby is Williams even though I'm not sure who's just yet. IF the baby is John's it's not the baby's fault it just rather heartbreaking that it could be. God the emotion the details...Can't say I loved the chapter because of the horror in it, but you did a fantabulous job with this piece....God those words had so much power to them...that I am cringing in my seat to hear what Joyce will say to her.
