Great interactions between the W and H crowd, Angel and Cordelia, and Angel and Kate- nicely done. I like where things are going so far with the fic and am excited to see what's coming up for everyone. The only thing, though, is that there are a lot of errors and whatnot in this chapter. I've read all of your stuff before and haven't seen it as of yet, so I'm wondering if perhaps a beta didn't read through it or not. There's a lot of missing punctuation marks, words that are repeated (the the, Lindsay Lindsey), and missing spaces in between words (i.e. Wellof). Be careful with those, especially since they're quite frequent and might distract readers. Otherwise, great update!:)

Oh! I'm SO happy Lorne and Fred are out of Pylea and are safe. Also, having Buffy sing a line of Britney Spears to Lorne was hilarious! The Aretha Franklin allusion was also a nice touch;) Hopefully now Buffy and Spike can attempt to patch things up now that they're home. Excellent update!

The Tara and Willow convo in the beginning was very interesting, and the Sex and the City thing was a nice detail! Fred's little part is kind of interesting, too- I wonder what her involvement will be in the future... poor girl, to be sent away. It's very cool she came upon Lorne, though, and that he talked to Spike. Spike practically coming onto Willow made me giggle:) The fact they kissed surprises me, and is she planning on having a threesome with Spike and Tara?! Parker being around bothers me- he was such an evil man, even though he's human. Interesting twist throwing in the commando boys- those guys sucked, too, on the show. Season 4 involved a lot of human monsters, didn't it? LOL Great update, and I can't wait to see what Buffy says to Spike!

Author's Response: Tara, Willow and Fred will all play important parts in Spike's life;) As Buffy will do, of course;) Spike coming into Willow depends on deep loneliness on his part (more or less it's what happens to Angel toward Kate): she was welcoming, with the blood and all, and he was just being rejected by Buffy as usual... Willow seems much murkier about that, on the contrary, especially in not telling Buffy that Spike was back ;) We'll see what this leads to, but it won't be roses and hearts, I warn you. This story, just like it's predecessor, is SO cleverly written! I'm glad Spike's in Sunnydale now while Angel's still in L.A., biding his time with Kate and hiring Cordy onto the team. I wonder how Buffy will react to Spike being there, and it'll be interesting to see if she's changed at all. Great beginning, and I can't wait to see how it continues!
