I'm enjoying this story, so don't take this as anything bad, because it's just a bit of a comment. I'm finding it hard to find the seriousness of Buffy giving Spike Willow's name. Yes, she told him a name other than her own, but she hasn't really lied about who she is. Honestly, if he likes her that much, explaining the situation about the sick friend and wanting to cover for her is not that big of a deal. It could make for some confusion, yes, and the bit about two Willows at the firm was funny, but I don't think it's quite as serious as you're making it out to be here. Perhaps if Buffy had lied about more details of her life, but she didn't, so she isn't really hiding who she is from him. Just a name, and under the circumstances, that's relatively understandable. Still, it's a good beginning, and I'm interested to see how they meet up again. :)

Author's Response: Hi Addie, Thanks for your comments. Believe me I've had this same conversation in my own head. I mean it's a name, who cares. But I think Buffy felt that in that moment he would have been pissed that she lied to him about something so fundamental, where she just wanted to end their date on a good note. What, never, ever know of her little deception??? Now where would be the fun in that??? I sooo can't wait for him to find out...LOL. I love the story so far, longer chapters would be nice, and quick updates would be great too.

I think she should of said her name was Willow but he could call her by her nickname Buffy (cause she's going to blow it later when he calls her willow and she doesn't answer). THIS IS GREAT. more please.
