The " fight " here at the ending was good, but you tuinded it with the sappy part " what was real? " that really ruined this chapter cause she was angry just 2 seconds ago and then she starts up the whole Romeo and Juliet play.. crap..

Aarrrghhhh!! You knew all the time, didn't you, you minx! Got everyone all worked up and screaming at the end of the last chapter... thinking all sorts of tragic scenario's... and you knew you were going to have Spike go all caveman and go find his woman, didn't you? Grrr... think of my blood pressure, will you!

So glad Giles has come around. His tacit approval means a lot to Buffy, and with her resignation from the Bureau there's no conflict of interest between our lovebirds anymore either.

So maybe it wasn't the best decision on Buffy's part to just run away from the whole situation but it did serve a good purpose. It actually got Spike off his ass to fight for their relationship. Up to this point he had been pretty frustrating, constantly hurting Buffy and just letting her go. It's time he was a bit more proactive. So Buffy was stupid for leaving, but if it gives us a big romantic ending, I'm all for it!
