Okay, just a little confused here. Isn't Buffy 17 now? I could have sworn that she had a birthday, or maybe I just missed something. That has been known to happen. Anyway, I hope they would both be able to deal with everything that's going on in town. I want my Spuffy to last. As do we all, I'm sure. Glad you updated=)

Awww! Sweet ending to the chapter. Spike gets SOOO worried, doesn't he? He REALLY loves Buffy and he knows she cares for him but he still stresses that she doesn't care about him in THAT way. Beautiful chapter.

I am so glad that you think I am getting the story... I feel like such a hipocrit though~! See for me when reading a fictional story..I can allow myself to be way more liberal than I would be in real life with one of my kids..If one of my daughters brought home a man 10 years older at 16...Whew...It wouldn't be good for the guy! lol
Now..the open minded reader in me reconizes that love is not a pratical thing..It is scary, it is consuming, and boy it can be messy. So yeah...as long as it's not my daughter...I definately get it..LOL ; D

Aww, I got an image of Spike cooing at the babies. How cute is that? They were both just cute in this chapter. I think we have to remember that in alot of countries, 16 is of age.
