Coolness...two updates on the trot! I'm really liking the thought you're putting into your characterisation of Buffy - the effort shows in the insight you have into her character flaws and faults, and also into her fears. Spike's still something of an unknown quantity in this piece though I'll be interested in seeing if you reveal some more of his motivations and drives (cause yeah, I still don't really buy his seeming indifference but that's just me). Also looking forward to meeting Dana in this story...not the First Slayer in Dana's body but Dana herself. Always wondered what the girl was like before she was broken because it kind of parallels Buffy's own story (remember Fun-Buffy from seasons 1 & the first half of 2?) More soon please 8-)
