This is a great story. I resisted reading it despite seeing recommendations everywhere because I hate to get caught up in something that may never be finished. But it was worth the read when I finally succumbed to curiosity and read it.

I'll add my plea to the others' in the hope that you haven't abandoned this fic permanently. If, sadly, you have, thank you for the riveting chapters that are available. :)

I really do know how bloody frustrating it is when the sodding writer doesn't update, honest, I do. But I really will finish this - especially as it is only the first part of a trilogy of stories - but can give you no definite timescale. My apologies for that. This fic is amazing in more ways that one. It makes you think and doesn't go by any of the old cliches that a lot of fics these days have. And i'm hoping that if just throw on lots and lots of praise you'll update quicker, so i can read more.... so please, pretty please with a cherry on top update very soon!!!

Well, I just finished reading this again. I'm so sad that it still hasn't been updated because it is still by far the best fanfic I've ever had the pleasure of reading. I hope your muse has not lost interest in this amazing work. That would be a tragedy. Truly. Thanks for sharing what you've done so far.

Ok, this is the best Spuffy I've read. And I've read hundreds. I love Tailored encounters by IBE too, but yours is so intense that yes, I am your fangirl for life.

Awww. Ok, breath, stop`fangirling. Sorry, just love it too bloody much. What an excellent work on Spike characterization, I can see him acting like this if he had to face such treatment for years, it's William flowering raw. And Buffy, I am so glad you let her be tender and loving, she was too flinty to see him suffer in canon, she is better here but still in character. The emotional aspect is so powerful in the story. Hope to read this and many more from you. :)

It was worth the wait (well, if Buffy telling the commandos that "that one is mine" works that is). Sure hope Buffy gets to take Spike home soon. So what did the doctor find out about Spike, what is Buffy worried about that she hired the doctor? What will the commandos do with Angel/us (and I hope its very painful). More please.

I really enjoy this story. So angsty and suspenseful. Can't wait to see what's going to happen next.

WOW, that's all I can say, wow wow wow. What an awesome chapter. So much action and emotions running high. I absolutely love your style, particularly when it came to the demon talk - kinda reminded me a bit of yoda... hmmmm interesting it was hmmmm, lol. Good that Buffy found a doctor to check Spike.. but he has very bad memories of past events with a doctor. This one should be better I hope. Ah yes, the doctor even had seen the kind of wounds Spike has before. I hope that means she know how to treat it and I wonder where she has seen it.
Mmm they want to turn Angel completely into Angelus, W&H, because it suits them.. and they are on the right way to do so. And what then? The Initiative is collecting (stealing?) Angel and they are trying to take Spike with them too? *phew* Buffy is there now and I don't think that she'll let them do it.
Till the next chapter, sooner than last time I guess now that the summer break is over. :)
