I'm delighted to see this fun, entertaining story updated. I'd somehow missed a couple pivotal chapters, so was happy to play catch up. Buffy's developing feelings for Spike are hampered by her past, and she's really putting the poor boy through the wringer. Taking off right after sex and his declaration will certainly play on his insecurities. I hope Buffy's mature enough to finally have a talk with Spike about her fears, but I suspect you'll keep us on the ropes about their relationship.

Joyce putting her foot down about Buffy's irresponsible behavior is just what the doctor ordered. If Buffy feels loved and secure in her family life, maybe she'll be secure enough to accept that Spike is going to be there for her, too. Thanks for updating this. I look forward to more.

aw, no spike in this chapter. i wanted to see their confrontation after what happened in the last one, which i had to look over again cause i couldn't remember. buffy will probably just be avoidy girl, as always. anyway, glad to see an update.

Oh yeah, Spike liked the dress *gg* But Buffy shouldn't have thought that nothing could get wrong, she jinxed it and now she is bored *g* But she met new friends too. And if Buffy hadn't been so jealous she didn't assume the worst of Spike. And maybe she was a bit too tipsy too. I wonder if the most reason she did run was Spike's ILY. Willow didn't have a lot of good luck either it seems. ~ Till next chapter (I wonder what thwy'll do know (Buffy and Spike).
