So Buffy stood up for Spike. But I wonder if Spike heard what she said about him married so he won't want to handle her anymore. I think she is really hurt with the marriage and needs to talk to Spike about it, but I don't know if he will.

This is an amazing story! I truly love this new world you've created. You've added even more depth and layers to Spike, probably the most rounded character on the show. I've always thought it was great that he loved the Bronze's blooming onion so much-- that is a great analogy for what he is. We've watched him bloom into a better man, and we've peeled away the layers to see what nancy boy really made the Big Bad tick. To see him acting in an even more responsible, adult way, with a wife and daughter whom he loved, is just great. To see how he's trying to be noble when it comes to Peaches is fabulous. And I love that Angel realizes that she and Spike have a real chance together. When I first began to read the story, I was so afraid that the big reveal was going to be that he married Dawn and was living in the old house on Revello Dr-- I'm so glad you went in this direction instead. I can't wait until Buffy opens up for him even more. Please update soon!
