Thanks for the reminder about Hank! I read too much WIP so I forgot.
Oh my, Buffy is really in a bad shape after she lost her mother. Very bad. Good that she had friends that care for her and made her that appointment.
And Buffy starts to feel a bit better.
The worst for her was that her mother will be forgotten now. But she is wrong, not as long as she lives even when the memories will fade a bit (like how she smelled).
Looking forward to see what will happen next.

Sadly it isn't possible to add an authors as a "favorite" one if you don't have an account like we 'reads only' have now. I think you would be added more than once if that was the case.
Sad news here too. Buffy's mum died... now she is indeed like Izzy an orphan (her father doesn't care for her like Spike for Izzy). Good to see Spike was there for Buffy. Sad chapter.. but good.

Author's Response: Thanks for the condolances and the review. I'm not sure if I would be added more, but I like it that I was at least added once :D. Anyways, in this fic Hank did care for his daughter. Only he died *tum tum tuuuum* and he left the store to her. Reread to prologue if you don't believe me.

Too sad.. the didn't meet a long time and Buffy is really miserable. And dating Ben didn't help. After that, seeing William in the park with Isis made it worse again. *sigh* And William called again. Yet did they really speak? No... ~ Till next chapter, hopefully it will get better again.

Your story is fun so far. I wasn't expecting Isis, nor first person. I like both. Good job.

Isis is cute; loved how she asked Buffy to be her replacement mum. (And as you can guess I'm not mad about Riley breaking up with Buffy.) I'm curious if the forgetting part will work. Till next chapter!

Very nice thus far...not at all obvious in how the story might unfold and I like the 'Xander's a stranger at this point' line you're taking. Gotta back you up on DCfC comment and suggest if anyone's looking for other interesting yet often humorous musical ways of wallowing in how sucky things can get you check out one or two of Kid Dakota's numbers. I personally recommend '10,000 lakes'. *Wanders off in the opposite direction* LOL
