I enjoyed the Spike/Angel confrontation. Spike's closing statement is 100% Spike, should be interesting to see what he does next. Good update!

God angel is such an ass, does he really think he can bark orders and people are gonna listen, moron, glad Spike is going up to speak to her, maybe now they can kiss and make up, although maybe he should grovel for one more chapter just for acting like an ass to.

OMG even when Angel'seing good I don't like him. Spike's being a dumb ass, hope his dumbness gets cured soon, really , really like this fic a lot and was gratful for the update, post soon again, please.

I'm glad that Spike tries (wants) to talk with Buffy, making things better.
Angel didn't manage to 'reach' Buffy.

The conversation between Buffy and Angel was very fascinating, the last part of it was especially eye-opening. Loved the chapter, and welcome back! :D

I don't know where i did but i've read this chapter before , sorry your sick but i hope you post 14 soon , i've been waiting for an update with what seems forever , darn got all excited too.

I'm glad it was Buffy that stopped Spike. I just hoped the talk would have gone better. Spike wants something that belongs only to him, didn't belong to Angel first? Buffy would be there for him now and in the future but she is right, she can't change the past. Like he can't change not having being with Dru.
These two are really too stubborn for their own good.

Great chapter. Sets up future events and challenges very nicely. Buffy and Xander dialogue was a bit heavy, but definitely needed.

Author's Response: Thank you! And, yes, I read back over that chappie and it was a bit heavy handed. So is the dialogue in the next chapter, I fear. Eep. I tried not to go too far over the top, but sometimes it's hard to guage until some time has passed. Ah well...So happy you're enjoying it!

This story just keeps getting better! I really like the way you portray Buffy's feelings , remorse, and guilt for their past relationship. Some of her thoughts might be a little oversaturated in the Spuffy genre, but you add a nice extra "oomph" to it, making it not a cliche but your own. The part where she begged him to drink from her gave me chills... so much added meaning and symbolism in that, especially if you consider the reminiscence of Graduation Day. Buffy would do anything for Angel, and it looks like she'll do anything for Spike now. And that's something that I've always wanted to see. Very well done!
