Gotta say this chapter was loaded with interesting stuff. It's definitely sad to see Homer go, but I still remember Joyce's little gift that took place when the amulet burned Spike... so I know a bit of William will always be around to a certain extent... right? Plus Spike never needed a soul to be a better man than Angel/Liam, and he still has his girls' love to ground him. Can't wait to find out what this new twist adds to the story. Wonderful update!

Author's Response: Yep, "Rabbit" will be around. And, it's not William we're concerned with now...Remember how clever Spike can be, when he puts his mind to it? Well...It may not look like it now, but Spike just did an end-run around Angel and his reward.
