This is why I love the character of Spike. Even in the cannon of the show I can see him behaving the same way you've portrayed him with someone he loves.He was written as a unique individual and I quess that's why I like this story so much,because it's so much like him. The care and even empathy he's exhibiting towards Buffy is so touching to read and her confusion about his care and concern for her is understandable considering everything she's ever been taught by the council. His willingness to change his behaviour in respect of feeding is telling as well. Is this the opening gambit to his looking at the world differently? Buffy's souls' agony, especially when she remembered killing Xander was heartbreaking .While he's never been a favourite character of mine, he was one the "three"and she's never going to get over that. How the others will react to her I can't imagine, but I'm sure with you writing it , it'll be good .Looking forward to more updates, and I want to say, I appreciate the caliber and the shear amount of writing you do . Thank you for that and for the amount of wonderful entertainment you have provided me with. You're a busy and talented person and I just wanted to let you know you're appreciated.

Wow, she really made it... Wonder if Buffy will visit her. I don't believe... She is so full of guilt, she probably won't want to look Willow in the eye. Can't wait to see Spike's reaction to her soul. Again, there's your definition of the one true happy moment -- which she didn't have with Spike, but I don't think it was because they don't love each other. Looking forward to reading more.

Kendra's fight to the death was well choreographed, and Buffy's desecration of the body was brutal and graphic. These last two chapters have done an excellent job highlighting just how different she is as a vampire. The curse is going to be an awful punishment, even though she's only been killing for a couple of weeks. The guilt over Kendra could be overwhelming...

Uh oh, this does not bode well for our favorite couple... More please! I'm a sucker for punishment.

I knew that somewhere, a soul was going to jinx it... I loved them all evil together...But, indeed why didn't she get amoment of perfect hapiness? because we know that Spike loves her. I smell angst... Poor Spike, loosing his perfect lover... and poor Buffy, going insane with guilt.

I'm definitely sticking with ya and I'm not gonna yell, 'cause I have faith that you'll make it allllll better again! Seriously, another great chapter. I loved how Buffy stayed with Spike and didn't freak and run away like she always does. And she loves him! Soul or no soul, she loves him, that's why she tried to lose her soul with him. I adored soulless Buffy, but I think you're an amazing writer and however you continue the story is fine by me. Thanks for the update, looking forward to next Thursday!

Is forgotten about Willow. Let me guess Buffys deamon loves Spike, not Buffy the girl? She's going to have to learn to love. I really don't see Spike leaving her any time soon.

OMG! Just how stupid is Buffy? God, she's so dumb. Wollow did something worng for the curse not to have been broken. *sigh* So now Spike's going to be all heart broken so is Buffy. Grrr, I hope she berats Willow with her broken arm after she rips it out of her,lol. Can't wait for more.
