I'm definitely liking the William as a virgin storyline. Gotta say Buffy is one lucky girl to get to be William's first teacher in the art of love. ;-) I enjoyed reading William's thoughts throughout the chapter, I wonder if he'll ever learn what the word 'Spike' means... lol! True, men will do a few jerky motions when it was their first time. Their hips just won't move like that, but after a while they will. Worse still, they don't learn about a woman's hot buttons and pleasures like flicking the clit to multiply the pleasure until the woman teaches them, and even so, sometimes they forget.

Hee... I guess I'm one of those women who get to teach the man. It was very fun, and you get to teach him the unique way to pleasure you instead of being tainted by another woman. Better still, you get to watch the awe and wonderment play across his face as he experience this for the first time.

So far this chapter has been very realistic, I don't quite believe the others that have William/Spike to be a very fast learner. While there *are* guys like that, most men are just mortals. Mind blowing sex comes with lots of practice, and not just from the first time. I'm glad to see that you've chosen to set the pace and have William really act untried instead of going for the easy path and have him learn real quickly (though the cunnilingus seemed to be miraculous - most men are not that great the first time, even when they strive to please). It certainly makes a better read by being realistic.

Cheers, I love your stories, I'm not criticizing you or anything - there is a probability of men being that great the first time at giving oral sex to a woman. Wonderful, lovely read... definitely looking forward to more!

I thought it was very good and realistic. Of course he would fumble a little, he's never done it before. Nice touch. I love virile, all sex-knowing Spike as much as the next girl, but it would have been kind of out there to write virgin Spike (William) that way. Loved, loved , loved the changes you made. They added to the story. It was sweet, without being fluffy, it was hot and funny. Loved seeing William's uncertainty as to how to proceed. *giggles* And of course, I had a great time seeing how in denial Buffy was over the little clues.
