Gotta love a convenient earthquake. Much fun watching them wage this battle of desire. But it is time for bed here, so I will just plan on reading more another day. Really am loving the story so far. A great idea.

Sometimes earthquakes are our friends (although having grown up in So. Cal I can't say they have ever been friendly to me!). Great move for the tale though! I love the mutual attraction and how they are both trying hard (no pun intended) to ignore it! Look forward to more! Thanks for sharing.

Having read your comments, both in response to my last review and in your recent notes, I feel truly chagrined on your behalf.

This is your story and it is a particularly good one at that. In the event that others feel it should be written differently, thus changing the story itself, I would be inclined to advise them to write it themselves.

Without the plotting, characterization and interaction that you write so well, there is no story, merely a pwp. Even those need to have such elements to a degree or surely the reader will be left cold, rather than hot!

I'm really soap-boxing now, so on with the review:

Excellent update. The combination of nervous behavior and flirtatious banter illustrates the situation wonderfully. The earthquake is a perfect instrument to progress matters yet serves as a metaphor for their attraction and Angelus' malignant influence.

Gorgeous and sexy; I am thoroughly gripped.

Write your story. There are people that just like to criticize to make stories into what they want... How boring. Then every story is cookbook and their story and not Devin's...again... write your story.

Gotta say Buffy's first posing session certainly is turning out to be fun! I really liked the kitchen scene. And I loved Spike's reaction when Buffy disrobed, I also enjoyed Buffy's inner vixen's musings. Wonderful chapter! :D
