Poor lonely vampire, love him wondering why his otherself thinks he wouldn't know that she was worth it. And the idea that he has finally fallen for this Buffy, well that was a precious moment. And even if she's still trying to dream of Angel, this girl is beginning see the many merits of Spike. Another fabulous chapter. Please, update soon.

Author's Response: Yep, I'd like to think that they would find their own way to each other if circumstances were different. Thanks for reading. New chapter nex week.

I really love this sequel to one of my absolute favourite stories. The gentle interaction between these two characters gives me a serious happy. The fact that this is a younger more innocent Buffy who has not had a lot of tragedy in her life yet makes it fun too. I'm looking forward to the next chap. Love your writing Patti.

Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you're liking it. It's a bit of leap of faith to write a sequel to something that is as well-liked as Prologue/I Know You, so it's always good to hear that people are enjoying it. Thanks for reading and commenting. :)

So cute :) They both don't want to share what the other Buffy / Spike wrote to them. Too personal *gg*
I liked the notes BTW :)
It's a good day for Spike, huh? Saving the life of a car dealer. :-D I hope he is very thankful than Spike will have this car soon. (At last he has it as long as they needs it.)
The spuffy scene (quilt) was cute :)

Author's Response: Thanks, ck. I'm glad you liked the bits of humor and hints of spuffiness. :)

It was nice how Spike got the car. And the whole blanket thing: Buffy worried about Spike being cold in the basement and telling him he can come upstairs, and offering her blanket

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked their interaction. Thanks for reading. :)
