Kissing is good :) They are really okay now, no more misunderstandings at the moment.
And even Connor is okay now with his friends. Seems they know very well what went wrong (what they caused).
Oh but Lily seems to be deep in trouble. With her background a lot could have happened. I hope she is okay.

I love this story! If something is wrong with Lily then I think Spike should kick her parents collective asses. Buffy needs to stay in England and start to live her life there. It's obviously where she belongs.
