I love just the idea of Spike going to a prom, and you wrote this very convincingly. Spike was bored, disgusted and funny and wanting to do right by his girl. The addition of Giles feeling both bored and disgusted and possibly wanting some alcohol was a good comic aside. I enjoyed Spike and Buffy putting Cordy in her place. This was an entertaining chapter in an entertaining story.

excellent chapter...never really liked cordelia anyway....no one messes with his girl...way to go spike..cant wait for more to come...maybe some spuffy love action ?? ;)
