Author's Response: Are you counting woman??? LOL, Ah, but Spike doesn't know she heard it, and Buffy hasn't said anything....so no real admission :P. I AM NOT getting up at 3 am for HB. You'll just have to deal with it! LOL

I think Tara is gonna be a great addition to the story, I'm really enjoying her interactions with Spike already. Should be fun to see if the green eyed monster attacks Buffy again in later chapters. :D
Loved the bitey goodness, and the sweet Spuffy afterglow that followed... who can blame Buffy for losing her ability to speak properly after a bite like that. ;) Fantastic update!
Congrats on the new noms for Two Roads Diverged in a Wood... That story had me laughing so hard at times it totally deserved being nominated. :D

Um... WOW!!! This fic is amazing!!! I was attracted to this because I love AU Something Blue fics... but this was not your typical re-write of that! It was so poignant it made me cry a few times. The romance seems real, not corny like in some other fics, and your characterazations of everyone are fantastic. I'm really curious to see what happens next. Wel... more like sitting on the edge of my chair desperately awaiting the next chapter. It seems that I'm hooked. Keep up the good work!

Wow! That was an intense situation Spike found himself in, Spike's closing action (the blood spitting) was a very powerful moment... Walsh so deserved what she got. Loved the telepathic admissions of caring between Spike and Buffy... only Spike could take time out during a fight to claim his irresistibleness...lol! Fantastic chapter!
