Not trying to flame at all, just trying to give some helpful advice -- you really need to break this up. Every time there's a new speaker, you need to have a new paragraph. When it's like this, it's more or less unreadable, and I'm sure a lot of other people here are going to feel the same way to you. I tried to read it but couldn't get through the first couple paragraphs simply because the huge block of text made it nearly impossible for me to sort through.

My advice to you would be to find yourself a beta who can help you clean it up and make it easier to read.
