WOW...this chapter was AMAZING! Sorry...I've been lurking until now, but I felt compelled to comment on this last installment (not that I haven't been enjoying this story all along, mind you, it's just that I'm usually admittedly lazy). In any event, your take on the slayer origin was awesome to read - I can tell that you put some serious time and effort into developing it - and it shows! I don't think I've ever read anything that well-conceived. I like that Buffy finally "snapped", for lack of a better word. It's about time that HER love for Spike pushes HER over the edge, as opposed to most stories written the other way around. I am enjoying every minute of this story and cannot wait for the next update! Again, this chapter was incredible, truly unique! Please continue! All the best, Melissa
