I like your story but it seems to me that Buffy is moving awfully slow for someone who just found out the person she loves is alive. I have a hard time believing that it would take her all of this time to get to Los Angeles to see Spike.

Author's Response: I feel like I've made her apprehensive, cautious so to speak. She knows she has responsibility and she doesn't want to rush off to LA when she first finds out. When she does make the decision to go she still has things she has to do in Rome, and London, before she can leave. She wants to make sure that everything will be okay without her there in Rome.

Huh... I thought Buffy would be more mad about Andrew telling Spike (and Angel) a lie. Bad luck that Buffy found out they were there after all (I didn't think she would be able to do it). Andrew can be lucky indeed.
Ah Spike... I hope he won't do something silly now because he thinks now it's too late to go back to Buffy. Or moves on indeed like Buffy tried to do before.

Author's Response: Yeah... I had thought of her being more mad at him too, but then when I was writing it just came out differently. I went with the flow and it's working. :)
