Hard for Spike to find Buffy when he can remember nothing of her only that she (there) is a woman.
Well Kev is right: Buffy found him because of his picture and his songs, right?
Looking forward to how the show will go / if or when Buffy will meet Spike.

Author's Response: Kev may not be a total fraud, then again he just could have gotten lucky that someone finally recognized Spike.

Poor Spike/John/Sebastian, lost and found in the desert thinking no one cared. I can't wait until the next chapter which has got to be the concert and hopefully the beginning of a Spuffy reunion.

intriguing story, good so far and you have a very interesting narrative voice that's unique. can't quite put my finger on why it stands out. and it doesn't seem like you're going to get too corny either. I'll be looking for more!

Good to see Buffy becoming more happy to 'be Buffy'. = becoming her old self again.
The song? That's indeed too much of a coincidence yet she doesn't believe that it's Spike. She has to see, huh? And hopefully not kill Spike.

Author's Response: It is a coincidence, but Buffy has a tendency to see the demonic in something. The question is, is she right or not?

Author's Response: I think Buffy hasn't complete accepted that that's what she's meant to do, but you're right, she's the slayer for a reason. And as for Spike, you'll see what's been going on with him soon.

Buffy is getting back parts of her old live (well kind of; she never was a full-time teacher before).

Author's Response: I do like writing this POV, but it's hard. So it takes me a little longer so that the characters sound like themselves, and not me telling a story. And yeah, Buffy is slowly moving back towards where she was.

Have just started to read this and it's really interesting - different. Really looking forward to more.
