Yeah buffy give the guy a chance already, jeez , if I have to read anymore about her true love Angel ( who's probably off boinking god knows who) I will puke! She's a ninny,( I really like her in this fic though) who will have to find out the hard way who she really loves.
Loving this fic more each chapter and especially Spike, I like Wes and Fred also and look forward to reading about their blossoming relationship ,and by the way ,Spike putting Cecily in her place was fabulous , can't wait to see what the delusions ho is going to do.

The Covent Garden scene was great, I loved all the detail you put into describing it. And not only is Cicely mean but she's also not very smart. William made himself perfectly clear and she heard absolutely none of it, going up against William... totally dumb, but bound to be very entertaining. As for the kissage... loved it! Wonderful chapter! :D

Oh honey - this chapter was chock full of goodness all the way around. First, Wes and his thoughts on finally being worthy to woo Fred b/c of Spike's offer.... sighs. I've always thought they were so cute together. And oh is it ever fun to hate that Cecily, erghh, arghh, lol. And the way Spike pouted in the baclony at Buffy, oh yeah, she's doomed, no one can resist THAT pout. And the steamy goodness of that kiss at the end? THUD! Buffy better not pass that off as a spell or lack in judgement - it was a 'bloody revelation', hee hee. And I so adored his plea for a chance to win her heart - that was so swoon worthy. Can't wait to hear her reply to THAT. Course, she's also a bit dazed at the moment too, lol. Bravo hon, brilliant chapter - luv you carino.

I adore Fred and Wes, there should be more on them on the next chapter. ;) And you know this isn't the last we've heard of Cecily. Making everyone hate her will be too fun. *giggles* I agree, Buffy is doomed, how can she resist the pout and the kisses and really just him being him? ;) *lol* A bloody revelation, huh? I might have to use that. I guess getting to know him better and changing the story's direction is not too bad, at least so far. Joyce confiding in Spike was the right move. They're going to be great friends. So, if it turns out that Rupert isn't dead, does that mean Joyce's marriage to Hank is a sham? That would be wonderful.

Spike tending to Buffy, hurting when she hurts, showed she means something to him. He can be tender and caring, but I wouldn't like to be in Hank's place.

I think this is the understatement of the century: "Miss Buffy Summers would be none too happy to find herself betrothed to Spike." I can't wait for Buffy to find out not only does she have a second fiancee, but he's also won her in a game of cards. This should be fun.
