It's a great story with alot of potential. I really like where you are going with it and can't wait to read more.

Though, if I may make a suggestion, a little more detail would not only do wonders for helping paint a more vivid picture for the readers but it would also lengthen the chapters.

For example:

"Buffy awoke to the sound of the phone ringing, she reached to the counter between her and Willow’s bed. “Hello,” she mumbled sleepily into the phone. "

Why was Buffy asleep in the middle of the day? Was she out slaying late? Did she have an early morning class? Was she just not feeling well? And where was she? I'm assuming the dorms, but it doesn't say either way.

Okay, can't wait for the next chapter!

Xander always was too slow to catch up, and I hate that he's going to help Willow *pouts* I hope Anya resists their plan!
