Ah unexpected, Spike is still married? Part of what he didn't tell (a secret). So Dru wasn't good (sounds as if she didn't treat Billy right.

Really sorry to hear about your computer problems - what was life like before them? Hope everything's ok very soon.

Now we all know that Buffy and Spike will never be just "friends" but it was good that they stopped doing what they were doing but in a bad way if you know what I mean! Loved the update.

That sucks about your computer, I know how you feel. Hopefully it can be fixed. Now, about the chapter, I have to say that I'm glad Buffy stopped things. It would have been too soon for that, and probably would have just made things even more complicated. I'm still wondering about Spike's past.

Oh, that was such a lovely chapter. I loved the way that you evoked the tension between them in the 'will they, won't they' at the beginning: Spike unsure whether Buffy would pull away, wanting to be the one to remove her top, and that fact that it was overwhelming for both of them and just a little bit too soon, and so maybe they were relieved it didn't happen. I like the way you're weaving in the complications too. There's something about the two of them that inspires confidence though - can see them working through it (after much angst, no doubt).

On another note, God I'm sorry to hear about your computer issues. I had an accident with a mug of tea and my laptop a few nights ago and nearly had a brain seizure! Really hope you find a way to recover your files. Good luck :)
