AWWW I HOPE SHE DIDNT, BUT IM PRETTY SURE SHE DID!! i LOVE this story and am so happy that u updated. im glad that spikes telling her wat happened, but i cant believe he didnt see anything wrong with why billy didnt want to be left alone with dru, though i could see his side. i really hope that she didnt hurt him, but im almost positive she did, at least emotionally and i feel so bad for wat hes been through. i hope that buffy doesnt think differently of spike and that this brings them closer. PLEASE update as soon as u can, im anxious to read wat really happened to billy.

Intense, complex chapter - loved it! I liked the way you handled Spike relating the story, with all the discomfort and hesitation it entailed. I also liked the way Buffy reacted - her unease and not holding back too much with her reactions. It was nice to glean some snippets about her past in there too, how she's had such a different life experience from Spike. It's going to be so interesting to see how they build a relationship when he has enormous emotional baggage and she appears to have very little. Looking forward to more, as always, Pet!

Oh, I absolutely adore this story. I love the characterizations so much. They are developing so beautifully and authentically. I've been away and only just caught up on the last few chapters (which is why I haven't reviewed for a while). It was a real treat to have so much to read I can tell you. I'm especially enjoying Buffy and Spike's interactions with little Billy and that fact that he's instrumental in bringing them closer together. They just seem so genuinely good for one another and there's a balance between them - it's not all about Spike fulfilling Buffy's needs, which so often seems to be the case in fics. Enough rambling, just wanted to tell you how much I'm enjoying and looking forward to more! :)

*faints* Oh my lord the suspense! Very nice chapter luv, I was hanging on every word. Nice to see that Spike has enough respect for his son to ask him if its ok to tell someone what happened. If only more parents were like that.

That Billy has some temper on him though, throwing stones at cats , causing them to run under cars,and the way he speaks to his father, whooooo. Update soon , ok , i gotta know about Dru.
