Was so happy to see a new update, that I *pounced* on it, to read it! And I'm glad we did get an extra chapter out of you on this one! Poor lost little Henry. Interesting how Buffy's 'slayerness' is fading so much, and kind of exponentially so. Seemed to be really snowballing there at the end. Very nifty that Spike determines he *will* find her again, sixty yrs down the road! Can't wait to see how this wraps up! I've really loved this one. On that note, thanks, and how about a peep about what you're writing next (next fic)? Got anything new cooking?

Ahhh, LH, what will I do now? I can't believe this delightful tale is finally drawing to a close! (I can't believe it can be wrapped up in only one chapter from this point!) I've really come to love this fic, and eagerly look forward to updates on it!!! You have such a flair for telling an historic tale (well, really telling ANY tale, but your details and zest make these set in a different time and place all the more special!), and you make the words come alive! I truly hope we can look forward to more in this genre in the near future. I always get this giddy little feeling in my tummy, when I see updates from you and as I scramble to click over to it above many of the other current fics, because I know it is as good as guaranteed to be packed full of excitement, or passion, or aaction, giggles & fun, or all of these!
I'll be a bit sadder when this one is done... but will eagerly wait for your next fic. This story has been a wonderful journey with you, Buffy, and Spike(s) (of both eras), your delightfully frumpy & quirky OC's, and Henry. We can't forget him! I can't wait to see how the paradoxes work out in the end (I previously was betting myself that Sr. & Jr. Mr's Walsh would meet a bad end, probably at Spike's hands, or fangs, probably leaving a newly pregnant Frau Walsh to survive and continue on their freakish legacy, but, I guess we shall see, hmmm?): obviously the charm is weakened, somebody is gonna retain some memories at the very least, and surely the charm will affect Henry, what with his continued licking (ewww!) of the tasty treat.
And of course, can't wait to see what kind of cocked-up plan Spike had (and botched?), causing him to leave the relative safety of the shed only to get captured and tossed into a truck with a sack over his head!
You've got my little pea-sized brain working overtime wondering how you'll wrap this one up. Ahh, the anticipation. But then, again, I'm not ALL that anxios to see it wrapped up and done... take your time, hey... even take a few more chappies too! We can all endure that kind of suffering!

It is so good to know that someone out there is enjoying the story so much and I only hope that the final two chapters won't spoil that feeling for you! I must admit I will miss Buffy and Spike in 1943, but as long as I get everything wrapped up well, I'll be happy. But as with all time travel stories, there are bound to be holes people will point at! Hopefully, not too many!

Always about Spike. How could it not be. A lovely potential arising from total badness. Sad to see it go, but looking forward to the next chapter.

Love how their situations are gradually bringing them closer together. Even if neither really wants to admit it. Would seem that any time when they are together for a bit and not trying to kill each other leads to lovely sparks. Love their sparks, and I love that he's taking care of her. Please, update soon.

Interesting to read Spike's thoughts that Buffy can't here. If she only knew what he was really thinking. :)
Darn... bullet was poisoned? Not good. Let's hope Buffy's slayer healing will be able to beat it.
Mmmmh Spike is taking care of Buffy. He talks a lot otherwise but still, he takes care of her. :)

I like it, a wounded buffy turns into delerious Buffy. She's fun when she's crazy. :)

Hah...so Henry or Flanagan had eaten a tiny bit of the charm. So that's why the charm won't work properly (Spike remembering, maybe Buffy too).
At last they are out now. No clue if it will be wise to go back to change the past. Or maybe that's why Buffy was sent there...

Yay, for Henry! He picked a great time to get annoyed, without him Spike and Buffy never would've found the dumbwaiter. :D The closing scene was great too! Good update!
